If you're interested in finding out what the love dare for days 9 and 10 entailed you can search the interweb for them. I was going to make one long post, but chose agaist it. First because I'm sure you really aren't all that interested and second because I have a very limited window of time today...
Today's dare:
What need does your spouse have that could meet today? Can you run an errand? Give a back rub or foot massage? Is there housework you could help with? Choose a gesture that says, “I cherish you” and do it with a smile.
Barney did this for myself and several friends of ours yesterday evening. He made us all a lovely dinner. Tonight, unfortunately we will be RUNNING-we're looking at a house, then I have to get the stitches in my mouth removed. So I'm not quite sure how I will meet his wants and needs tonight...but I will try!
As for the love dare over all...I think that while Barney and I don't have the "perfect" marriage for no one does that we are pretty close. Many of the things that are listed for people to be concious of doing Barney and I do as a habit. Of course some of those habits are to immediately snap when the others tone is one of discord, or to automatically jump to a raised voice instead of taking a backward step before reacting. Still, when it's simply a Monday or a Tuesday or any day that ends with a Y we do try to say "I love you" and try to make the other feel wanted--even if its with a simple "I will hold the baby while you go to the bathroom"
